This release was focused on cleaning things up a bit and removing some
extraneous features. I'm trying to refine Flounder into a stable place that I'm
happy with, and don't expect to add many new features from here on out.

Improved documentation and support for self-hosting

Replaced the global gemlog aggregator with a personal
following.gmi page.

Added some sensible limits to the feed aggregator
